1. ABOUT THESE TERMS These Terms govern your use of beehelp.com (the "Platform") as someone looking to find a Professional ("Customer", "you"). Beehelp is operated by the Beehelp entity registered at the address shown at /legal/contact. By creating an account, posting a brief, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. 2. WHAT BEEHELP IS — AND IS NOT 2.1 Beehelp is a discovery and matching directory. We help Customers find Professionals who hold verified credentials in their field, and we route Customer briefs to matching Professionals. 2.2 Beehelp is NOT a party to any service contract you enter into with a Professional. We do not employ, supervise, or guarantee the work of any Professional. The contract for a service is strictly between you and the Professional. 2.3 We do not handle payments between Customers and Professionals. We do not escrow funds, hold deposits, or process invoices. All payments are between you and the Professional directly. 3. ELIGIBILITY AND YOUR ACCOUNT 3.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts in your country of residence. 3.2 You may browse the Platform without an account. Posting a brief or contacting a Professional requires email confirmation. 3.3 You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate and your login credentials confidential. 3.4 One person, one account. Do not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent. 4. POSTING A BRIEF 4.1 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information when posting a brief. 4.2 We will ask you to confirm your email before the brief is routed. This protects Professionals from spam and frivolous requests. 4.3 You may not post briefs that: (a) relate to illegal activity in the jurisdiction concerned; (b) seek services that fall outside the categories supported by the Platform; (c) contain false statements, defamation, or harassment; (d) include sensitive personal data of third parties without a lawful basis. 4.4 We may decline to route a brief that breaches these Terms. 5. HOW MATCHING WORKS 5.1 We route briefs to Professionals whose category, country, and verification level match your needs. 5.2 Routing is automated and does not constitute an endorsement of any particular Professional. 5.3 Professionals are not obliged to respond. We do not guarantee that any Professional will reply within a particular timeframe. 6. VERIFICATION — WHAT BADGES MEAN 6.1 A Professional profile may display up to three verification badges: Identity, Business, and Professional (bar, order, or equivalent). 6.2 Each badge reflects a check made by Beehelp at a specific point in time. We verify documents submitted by the Professional and, where possible, cross-reference public registries. 6.3 Verification badges are NOT: (a) a guarantee of work quality, fitness for your specific purpose, or successful outcome; (b) professional indemnity or any other insurance; (c) a substitute for your own due diligence. Where the stakes warrant it, confirm important credentials directly with the issuing authority. 6.4 We re-verify periodically and may remove a badge at any time if the underlying credential lapses or is found to be inaccurate. 7. COMMUNICATING WITH PROFESSIONALS 7.1 You may contact Professionals through the Platform messaging system. Professionals on the Pro or Premium tier may publish WhatsApp, telephone, email, or website contact on their profile. 7.2 You agree not to use contact information obtained on the Platform for spam, scraping, bulk marketing, or any purpose unrelated to seeking the relevant service. 8. REVIEWS 8.1 You may submit a review based on your direct, factual experience with a Professional you actually engaged. 8.2 Reviews must be honest, factual where they make factual claims, and free from defamation, harassment, or unlawful content. 8.3 We may remove reviews that breach 8.2, that we have reasonable grounds to believe are not from a genuine customer, or that are subject to a court or regulatory order. 8.4 Professionals may publish a single public reply to your review. Their reply is publicly visible alongside your review. 9. FEES The Platform is free for Customers. Professionals pay a subscription fee. There is no per-lead fee, no commission on services rendered, and no booking fee charged to Customers. 10. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically harvest Platform data; (b) impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity; (c) use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial communications; (d) introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the Platform's availability; (e) attempt to circumvent the verification or rating systems. 11. PRIVACY AND DATA 11.1 Our processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy. 11.2 The Platform operates under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. You have the right to access, correct, port, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data, subject to lawful limits. 11.3 When you post a brief, that brief — and the email address you confirmed — is shared with matching Professionals. Each Professional you contact becomes an independent data controller in respect of any data you give them. 12. DISCLAIMERS 12.1 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. 12.2 We do not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, or outcome of any service performed by a Professional. 12.3 Where you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under EU consumer law or the law of your country of residence. 13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 13.1 Subject to 13.3, Beehelp is not liable for: (a) any service performed or not performed by a Professional; (b) any loss arising from reliance on a verification badge beyond the point-in-time check it represents; (c) indirect, consequential, speculative, or non-foreseeable losses. 13.2 Our total aggregate liability to any Customer in any twelve-month period is capped at one hundred euros (€100), reflecting the free nature of the Customer service. 13.3 Nothing in this clause excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 14. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION 14.1 You may close your account at any time from Account settings. Closure does not delete public reviews you have left; you may request anonymisation. 14.2 We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or to comply with a legal order. 15. CHANGES We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email and posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept, you may close your account. 16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES 16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. 16.2 We will attempt to resolve disputes by negotiation. Failing that, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal, subject to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence where the law permits. 16.3 As a consumer in the EU you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. 17.
